Longstown Village, York, PA

Longstown Village sits on 65 beautifully landscaped acres in York County. The community has 300 single-story condos (72 duplex and 39 fourplex) and a Clubhouse connected by private streets and walkways. All condos are privately owned, as no leasing or rentals are allowed.

While the design of the community and the condos themselves are popular with retirees, Longstown Village is not a 55+ or senior living community. People of all ages are welcome, and the maximum occupancy of a condominium in Longstown Village is four persons.

Condo owners are members of the Longstown Village Condominium Association, governed by an Executive Committee made up of five owners.  This committee is supported by two Officers, a Secretary and a Treasurer. This team oversees the maintenance and replacement of our Common Elements, as well as services that residents depend on, such as lawn care and snow removal.
